Mrs Bercow, the married woman of the Commons speaker, is being sued by Lord McAlpine for naming him on Twitter once a report by BBC's Newsnight claimed a senior Tory was a pedophile.
The peer has currently all over his legal proceeding against Twitter users with a following of five hundred folks or less and asked them to create a donation of £25 to the BBC's youngsters In want.
However he aforementioned that his lawyers can still "focus on the action" against Mrs Bercow, adding that any damages are given to the charity of her alternative.
