A strong line of storms, together with attainable tornadoes, had left over eleven,000 customers while not power in Arkansas by Tues night.
Strong winds cut trees and lightning strikes could have started fires in Monticello, a city of nine,500 in southeast Arkansas, in line with a police dispatcher.
The National Weather Service reported 2 attainable tornadoes in Missouri and Arkansas, although neither had apparently caused any important injury.
