The Holmby Hills mansion wherever the King of Pop died tragically in June 2009 has finally sold-out for $18.1 million, consistent with the Wall Street Journal.
That figure is well below the $29 million the house's house owners, Hubert Guez, head of ED Hardy attire, and his woman Roxanne had originally been soliciting for after they place the estate on the market back in 2010.
Mauricio Umansky, the listing agent representing each parties within the dealings (and partner of the $64000 Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards), couldn't be reached for investigate the sale. Nor was the buyer's identity disclosed.
But sources told the paper that the chateu-style property was purchased by Steven Mayer, a senior administrator of personal fund Cerberus Capital Management.
